National Geographic magazine will have a cover featuring a boy dressed as a girl.
According to infoCatolica, the January 2017 issue of National Geographic will be entitled “Gender Revolution” and is in correlation with National Geographic’s new documentary exploring gender ideology. The documentary is hosted by American newscaster Katie Couric.
By featuring a nine-year-old biological male dressing as a female, National Geographic is placing all of its built up credibility on the line to take a clear position of influence on this issue in an attempt to support “gender ideology” around the world and promote legislation defending it, especially among children.
Gender ideology maintains the belief that being male and female are social and cultural constructs completely unrelated to someone’s biological sex.
However, on August 17, 2016, the American College of Pediatricians issued a statement saying “gender Ideology harms children,” and “urges educators and legislators to reject all policies that condition children to accept as normal a life of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex. Facts – not ideology – determine reality.” In their statement, they go on to say “a person’s belief that he or she is something they are not is, at best, a sign of confused thinking.”
